FAQ

What is a credit report?

A credit report is a track record of your personal and financial credit condition.  It includes details taken from public records, personal identification and debt information.

How many are there?

There are three major credit bureaus: Equifax, TransUnion and Experian

Are all three important?

Each one of the three major credit bureaus will reflect at least 1/3 of your total credit history.  Some companies look at one bureau and others look at all three when making a credit decision.  It is very important that all three bureaus are in good condition.

How does your company remove negative items legally?

Disputing your credit report is your right according the the Fair Credit Reporting Act.  Credit repair is a completely legal and necessary service.  We hold the credit reporting agencies and creditors accountable.  It's as simple as that.

How will I know it's working?

Every time you receive updated credit reports throughout the process you will see items that have been changed, updated or removed.  If an item is changed or updated, it generally means that there was negative information associated with that account that has been removed.  If an account was removed completely, it means that the items a negative listing against you.  Usually these items are collections, charge offs, foreclosures and so forth.  Every report you receive as a result of our efforts means your credit is improving and your score is increasing!
